Rajasthan Fasal Bima List 2026: What It Contains

Rajasthan fasal bima list is not a single farmer-wise beneficiary list. The state and central governments do not publish the name-wise list of insured farmers in public. What is released every season is the district-wise list of notified crops, the premium rates and the sum insured details for each crop and insurance unit.

For 2026-27, the insurance unit has been fixed at tehsil and patwar mandal level. Farmers can check which crops are notified for their area, what premium they need to pay and what sum insured applies to their crop from the official portals.

New Rules for PMFBY Rajasthan 2026-27

Rajasthan has brought several changes in the crop insurance process from Kharif 2026. These rules are meant to reduce claim disputes and make sure farmers get their compensation on time.

AgriStack ID is now required for non-loanee farmers while enrolling for crop insurance. Farmers need to share their AgriStack ID or farmer registration number with the bank before the deadline.

Banks and financial institutions are now responsible for uploading correct land and crop details on National Crop Insurance Portal. If wrong details are entered and a claim gets delayed, the concerned bank will be held responsible instead of the farmer.

Farmer consent is mandatory before issuing any crop insurance policy. A policy cannot be generated only on the basis of the crop recorded in a Kisan Credit Card without confirming the actual sown crop with the farmer.

If a crop is damaged after harvest, the farmer must report the loss within 72 hours through Krishi Rakshak Portal, helpline 14447, Crop Insurance App or the concerned bank. Claims for widespread crop loss are paid through DBT within three weeks of receiving the premium subsidy.

Benefits of Rajasthan Fasal Bima Yojana

PMFBY gives financial protection to farmers against crop losses caused by natural events. The main benefits of the scheme are given below.

  • Compensation for crop loss caused by drought, flood, hailstorm, cyclone, landslide, lightning, pests and diseases.
  • Cover for prevented or failed sowing when rainfall is poor in the notified area.
  • Post-harvest protection for up to 14 days for crops kept in the field for drying.
  • Up to 25% of the sum insured as compensation when sowing fails on 75% or more of the notified area.
